Finalmente conseguimos alugar o apartamento ideal! Portanto, já estamos recebendo pedidos de reservas no Carneiro Cardin Inn, hehehe! Vamos morar numa área residencial super legal, pertíssimo do metrô, num apartamento que fica na verdade numa casa. Temos o primeiro andar e o porão todo pra gente, mais jardim e estacionamento. E a cozinha, óbvio, é super equipada.
Para os futuros hóspedes o que interessa é que temos um quarto bem grande pra eles e com um futuro banheiro exclusivo e novinho (o dono vai começar as obras em novembro).

Por razões óbvias, o verão é a melhor estação do ano pra visitar Montréal, devido aos festivais na rua que são muito interessantes. Mas quem quiser vir esquiar e curtir um "friozinho", existem várias estações ótimas há uma hora daqui.

We finally found a nice place to rent! So, we are already accepting reservations at the Carneiro Cardin Inn, hehehe! It's in a very nice residential area, very close to a metro station in an apartment in a house, so no high rises and no elevators. We have the whole first floor AND basement, half of which is not finished, and it has a bike workshop (guess why Michel chose this place!!) and the other half is nicely finished with a whole private area for guests: bedroom, family room and a future bathroom (construction starts on Nov). Plus garden, a place to park the car and a well-equiped kitchen. Write it down: 6983 Rue Sagard - Montréal, QC H2E 2S4 - Canada. For obvious reasons, summer is the best time in Montréal. Many music and theatre festivals happen in the street and they are very interesting. But, by all means, if you want to come ski with us and enjoy the "nice"winter weather, there are many ski stations one hour far from us.
